St. Mary’s Hospital and Medical Center, 1982 to 1987:

Developed a six bed intensive care 72-hour Psychiatric Evaluation and Treatment Unit. Developed extensive redesign of inpatient delivery of Psychiatric care in a locked psychiatric inpatient setting. Developed the delivery of unique psychiatric services to the various religious orders of Northern California.

Louisiana State University Medical Center, 1972 to 1977:

Developed plan to keep Louisiana-trained physicians practicing in the state. Developed a database for tracking the flow of Louisiana-trained physicians in and out of the state.
